People Against Racism

Lets all light a candle for the victims

A sad event has taken place.Thousands of innocent people have been killed in the united states.
On this grim Day of Mourning, we dont grieve in solidarity with George Bush or the US Government or NATO. We dont mourn the damage to the monuments that symbolize concentrated wealth and militarism. We mourn the victims of the consequences. The victims were killed needlessy and many more are going to die.Not in north america but in afganistan. The retaliation to the terorist attacks will kill thousands of innocent victims in afganistan many of whom are hard working citizens with family's.we at PAR ask that you think of that before you demande that we retaliate for tuesdays attack.

"Civilians should not have to suffer for a governemnt problem"

I hope that many people will be found alive and we ask everyone to light a candle and pay your respects.

Thank you,
Jeremy C

"Refugees and asylum seekers are often double victims of racism," said Rachael Reilly, Refugee Policy Director at Human Rights Watch. "They flee their countries to escape racism and ethnic intolerance, then many of them are again subject to racist and xenophobic treatment in their countries of refuge."
